    Our team at Jeff Glover Associates is busy prepping for what's to come! With the groundhogs predicition of just 6 more weeks until spring, we're kicking it into high gear! We are here to tell you a little bit about what's to come in this springs market whether you're a buyer, or a seller!

    I think it's pretty safe to say that we will see a market in the spring like we haven't seen in a long time. What does this mean for everyone? Well sellers you're in luck! It's anticipated that in the spring a lot of homes will sell within 24-72 hours of being listed, and have multiple offers on them! Often times, the offers will be over the asking price of the home. This means buyers should expect to pay over asking price to get what they want. They should also have a backup plan if the homeowners don't accept their offer, and be ready to make 2-3 offers before actually getting a home... Buyers please keep in mind though, putting in an offer over asking price in this market is still nine times out of ten under what the home would be worth at the peak of the market!
